Once you submit your order you should receive an order confirmation within 10 minutes. If you do not receive an order confirmation with an hour of placing your order, please contact our customer care team at 800-622-0003 or email@example.com.
Orders submitted through our website process through our distribution center very quickly. If you would like to change an order you have already placed please contact customer care at 800-622-0003 or at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will determine the status of your order and attempt to make the requested change.
Order Not Received
If you do not receive your order within 3 business days, please contact customer care at 800-622-0003 or email@example.com. We will search your specific order and track it down for you.
Missing or Incorrect Product
We take great care in double checking all of your orders prior to shipping them to you. However, it is possible that there could be something missing or an incorrect product shipped. Please contact customer care at 800-622-0003 or at firstname.lastname@example.org with the invoice number and discrepancy with in 2 days of receiving your order. Any product that is the subject of a shipping/mis-shipping claim will be credited or shipped by NSR to you, subject to the availability of the product.
Shipping and Delivery
All orders submitted by 2pm are shipped that day. You should receive your order within 1-3 business days of being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Our Commitment to our customers is to deliver quality products accurately, on-time, and damage free. In order to help us to fulfill our commitment customers are required to follow these guidelines when entering order/products damaged in shipping:
- Please report any product damaged in shipping within 24 hours of receiving shipment.
- Please fill out and complete a damage report found under "Agreements and Forms" section. Once completed please submit to email@example.com
- Please attach a picture of the damaged product and box to the email. This will help us to continuously improve our packing and shipping methods!
- We will confirm our receipt of the damage report and resolve the situation within 24 hours of receiving.
- We accept returns of current resaleable, unopened, and unused products within 60 days of invoice date for full credit or exchange. With the original pricing or invoice.
- Products that have been discounted are not returnable.
- Products must be clean and in original packaging without dents, scratches, stickers, cuts, etc.
- Products that were packaged as part of a promotion will be credited back on the net cost including any savings.
- products that are packaged as a special seasonal promotion are not returnable.
- Some manufacturers have unique return policies/warranties. Please see go under customer care - Manufacturer Warranties for a current list of their policies.
- Hair extension returns are processed through our main distribution center and are subject to a special return process.
- Due to quality standards regarding sanitation - ALL Makeup, combs, brushes, shears, and feather razors are not returnable.
